The good and the great of the foodservice and hospitality operators and the industry supply chain gathered last night at the Royal Institute of British Architects for the annual Footprint Awards Dinner to recognise the work that organisations are doing to redress the balance for the benefit of themselves, their community and the industry at large. As ever it was a celebration of initiative and innovation, of commercial imagination and endeavour.
