THIS WEEK SEES the launch of the Environmental Protection Network, a new campaign and community support group that aims to empower people to take action to protect the environment, green spaces and natural habitats.
To mark the launch of the group, the network is running a competition for young people to win a campaign promotion package worth £250.
Young people are being urged to submit original and creative ideas and campaign suggestions to the network for their chance to win.
Chris Davis, Founder of the Environmental Protection Network, said: “We are trying to encourage young people to take action in the community, giving them a chance to gather support for the things they are passionate about and showing them they are able to make a difference. We are looking for new environmental ideas and suggestions spearheaded by young people.”
No more excuses – the environment needs your help! It’s never been easier to do something positive about the environment so what’s your excuse?
Registration to the network, and to enter the competition, is free online and members will receive green offers and deals from organisations supporting the network.
Entry to the competition is now open and the winner of the launch competition will be decided by the network editors and announced on August 15 2013.
