Compass and DHL Supply Chain have joined forces to provide catering services across the public sector, airline, rail and facilities management industries.
The partnership is expected to create increasing transparency and control along the supply chain, creating the potential for significant improvements on issues such as waste and sustainable procurement. It is also hoped it will provide greater control and clarity around costs to enable the best management of investments.
DHL has set its sights on foodservice. The logistics giant has been expanding its foodservice offering and supply chain solutions in the UK in the last year, after winning contracts with airline companies and successfully diversifying into rail.
